Roll! Write and Win

To promote Roll! I’m running a little contest. You read a little and write a little, and you might win a Dark Sun Campaign Setting and Dark Sun Creature Catalog (signed by me and other authors if you wish and if I can), as well as the Dark Sun D&D Encounters season adventures—all from Critical-Hits.com Here’s the skinny.

1) Read “The Double Shadow”, by Clark Ashton Smith.

2) Sometime before December 15th, write an adventure outline, in 500 words or fewer, based on “The Double Shadow” and using D&D Insider Writer’s Guidelines.

3) Send the outline to me in an email (chris at critical-hits dot com) with the subject line Roll Adventure.

4) I’ll read the outlines and pick a winner.

5) I’ll likely do a blog post about the entries, so you give me permission to use your idea in that post.

Ready? Let’s Roll!

Winners shall be determined by the Critical Hits editorial staff and can be disqualified for any reason at our sole discretion. You must live in the US or Canada to be eligible for the prize. Check your local laws to be sure you are able to enter this contest. Critical Hits reserves the right to update the contest rules as necessary.
